MLK Unity Walk and Luncheon

HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- A group of Holloman personnel led by U.S. Air Force Col. Kevin Huyck, 49th Wing vice commander, begin the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. “I have a dream” Unity Walk Jan. 18, 2012, in observation of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day. The walk started at the Wing headquarters building and continued to the Desert Sands Enlisted Club, where there was a luncheon to reflect on his contributions to the nation. During Huyck’s closing remarks at the luncheon, he said, “Dr. King is a man we have all benefitted from and should all remember for what he has done for this nation.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman DeAndre Curtiss / Released)
