HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Matthew O’Donnell, a welder with Creative Times Construction, welds metal brackets, Aug. 4, 2011, during the construction of Hangar 500. The brackets will hold a high expansion foam system, which is used to extinguish a fire in an emergency.
