HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- A Staff Sergeant from the 49th Maintenance Group goes over a checklist July 8, 2011, during a quarterly load crew competition. The competitions are held to give weapons personnel the opportunity to display their warfighting skills and unveils the best weapons load crew for a particular quarter during the year.
