HOLLOMAN AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Airman 1st Class Tyler Huisken, 49th Civil Engineer Squadron, uses a floor roller to level the newly-installed tiles at the 746th Test Squadron facility Feb. 18, 2011. Members of the 49th CES responded to and repaired more than $3 million in damages caused by a record-breaking February snow storm. Because of all the water breaks, water usage on base soared.
