ALAMOGORDO, N.M. -- Ligia Rangel, a military spouse from Holloman Air Force Base, prepares hot dogs to serve at the St. John's Soup Kitchen as part of a Big Give project July 27, 2010. Ms. Rangel is a member of the Big Give team, HUG, which is made up of military spouses who have been doing small projects in the community. Holloman's Big Give is a project headed by the 49th Force Support Squadron Marketing Office with the goal of making life-changing impacts on the local community.
