Holloman celebrates the Air Force's diversity

Children from the Holloman Elementary School visit booths during the Diversity Fair in the Base Exchange parking lot at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M., Oct. 17. Holloman kicked off it’s first-ever Diversity Fair, an event held for military members, their families, and downtown guests to educate them on various cultures and groups. There was a variety of booths set up teaching members about the traditions and values of cultures from around the world. The event also had food, music and live demonstrations. “In 2011, President Obama created a mandate that every Department of Defense entity will hold a celebration that culminates all of the different diverse groups, which makes our military one of the best,” said Master Sgt. Robert Graves, 49th Wing Staff superintendent. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Chase Cannon/Released)
