Holloman participates in National Fire Prevention Week

Members from Holloman Fire Emergency Services participate in the 45-pound hose roll pull event at the 2nd Annual Fire Fighter Challenge at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Oct. 10. Some of the other events held at the challenge included a stair climb with a hotel pack, the force sled also known as the Kiser sled, a serpentine run, a 100-foot hose pull, and a 100-foot dummy drag. The purpose of the fire fighter challenge is to let the general public have a chance to try the everyday tasks that firefighters have to encounter. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
