Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Bryan B. Battaglia, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, speaks to Holloman Airmen during an all-call at Domenici Fitness Center, Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. March 6. During the all-call, Battaglia spoke about the importance of leadership, mentorship and resilience training. He also mentioned the book “The Noncommissioned Officer and Petty Officer: Backbone of the Armed Forces” which explains different leadership styles throughout the branches and how to effectively lead in a joint environment.
