Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh lll greets Toots Green, a Holloman Wingman, before the civic leader dinner at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico on Nov. 16th. Welsh held the dinner to get to know the leaders of the community and learn how their support helps Team Holloman and its mission every day. His visit also included a tour of the base facilities and the different squadrons here.
