Drive-thru flu clinic

A member of the 49th Medical Group administers the influenza vaccine to an Airman on Oct. 4, 2016 at the base’s drive-thru immunization clinic. The 49th MDG set up the drive-thru immunization clinic in a lot across the street from the 49th MDG building to make it easier for Holloman Airmen to obtain their annual flu shot. The influenza vaccine is a preventative measure against the flu. The 49th MDG staff administered the vaccine to 720 Airmen. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Alexis P. Docherty)
