Airman Michael Scott, 49th Civil Engineer Squadron construction apprentice, is presented the Top III Airman award for April from Master Sgt. Timothy Gatten, 54th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron first sergeant and Top III President, at Holloman Air Force Base on May 24, 2017. During the month of April, Scott completed 13 surveys refining the base common installation picture and captured the placement of 1,200 feet of underground electrical conduit in direct support of a $2.4 million electrical distribution repair project.
