- In Accordance with the Joint Off Limits List MOU (AR 190-24, Chapter 1. - Service Members from Fort Bliss, White Sands Missile Range and Holloman Air Force Base are ordered to not enter or patronize these off-limits establishments or their locations. Violations of this order are punishable under Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice.
- Units will place this memorandum on their unit bulletin boards and give it the widest dissemination.
- This memorandum supersedes all previous 1st Armored Division and Fort Bliss, White Sands Missile Range and Holloman Air Force Base Off-Limits Lists.
